What You’ll Need to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email or on your packing slip)
  • The shipping zip code associated with your order

 

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

For online purchases made directly through Boujee Marlin, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligible items must not be final sale, visibly worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Mystery promotions and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you need a different size or style, start your exchange by emailing customerservice@boujeemarlin.com
  • Please allow up to 14 days for processing once we receive your item.
  • If your new item is less expensive than the original, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping return fee.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for store credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling).
  • Eligible items must not be final sale, visibly worn, washed, or damaged and must have the tags still attached.
  • Mystery promotions, gift cards, and promotional giveaways are not eligible.
  • For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If your order included a discount, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
  • Once processed, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
